Breathe Special Journal – 52 Week Planner

What are your plans for the next 52 weeks?

Breathe 52-week journal

Sometimes life can feel hectic, particularly in today’s digital world. It’s hard to escape the ping of another email or an alert advising you of your next appointment. While nobody wants to be without the benefits of technology, it can feel good to disconnect and take time out just for you. And we believe our new Breathe 52-week Planner is just the thing to help you do that.

Beautifully illustrated, it’s created with you in mind. We hope it will help you take back control so that you’re able to live a calmer and more relaxed life. There are weekly and monthly schedules so you can plan ahead and stay focused. There’s also scope to capture your goals. Studies show that those who record their intentions are far more likely to achieve them, so here’s a perfect place for you to log yours. We’ve also included a weekly tracker, so you can check off your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.

You may have noticed the rise in popularity of the bullet journal – a method of journaling that advocates quick notes rather than longer sentences. It’s a great way to track day-to-day activities and experiences, as well as long-term goals. But not everyone has the time to create their own journal. So we’ve taken some of that effort away. The Breathe 52-week Planner has plenty of space, both lined and blank, where you can write, draw or use whichever medium you like. We’ll leave that choice to you. Dotted throughout are positive quotes and affirmations that we hope will inspire you.

Journaling is an opportunity to consider not only what is happening now, but also provides time to reflect. With today’s relentless focus on what’s next, it can be easy to forget about what’s just gone. We’ve added some reflective prompts to guide you as you recall and record your feelings, the people and places you’ve enjoyed and the little things that have brought you joy. We’ve even incorporated a year-end review, so that you can look back over your past year and assess the good, the less good and all the bits in-between.

Keeping a journal is the perfect opportunity to get what’s in your head down on the page – whether in writing, a mind map or by doodling your thoughts. It can give you a fresh perspective and offer support while you’re working through issues. And just sitting down with your Breathe 52-week Planner is some time each day that’s just for you – a chance to unplug and slow down. We think that in itself is a wonderful thing.

I bought my first planner from you this year … I have started a lot of planners and didn’t last long. For one reason or another … just couldn’t hang in there. I think that I have only missed a couple weeks this year in your planner. Loved the format. I am looking forward to the next one. When are they available in the stores, I bought mine from Barnes & Noble?
    Thank You!

I adore your planner! When do they hit the book shelves for next year, and does the cover change each year? I hope so. Can’t wait. This is the first planner that I have really used. Thanks … Barbara
