The Mindful Living Show and The Sleep Show come together at the Business Design Centre in London on 6–7 March 2020. This unique event comprises two days of learning, connectedness and fun, as well as one evening of rest and relaxation. There are a multitude of seminars, live practices, inspirational features and experiential sessions to choose from.

Now in its fourth year, the event offers over 120 talks in four conference-style theatres, including the Main Stage, Mindful Living Theatre, Health & Science Theatre and Sleep Theatre. These seminars and experiential sessions cover a multitude of practices and health and wellbeing subjects from mindful movement to creativity, from sleep issues to mental health, from empowerment to creativity, from spiritual insight to self-compassion, from sound therapy to lucid dreaming, from mantras to ‘touch’, from relationships to parenting and from waking up well to mindful nutrition.
Launching this year is the ‘The Wind-down’ – an evening of deep relaxation. That is what our Friday night is all about – being in the present, centred and calm.
