As one year draws to a close and another stretches before us full of possibility and promise, it is a time to reflect on how we can better enrich our lives. Breathe is here to help you find a path to a deeper connection with yourself, those you love and this beautiful world we inhabit.

Or perhaps you need to satisfy a wanderlust or try new things. Act on impulse – you never know where it might lead you: it might be to wilderness or spiritual enlightenment. 

If your life is in chaos or cluttered – relax. A few small changes can see order and serenity restored. Put the kettle on and enjoy a cup of tea in a ritual that is thousands of years in the making. Find time to enjoy peace, stillness and the deep tranquillity of silence but above all, slow down. You might not think you need any instruction in how to breathe but our lead story shows that a few small adjustments can have an immediate effect on your health and wellbeing.
